Refund policy

Ready-to-Wear Exchanges: In case of size discrepancy, the articles are eligible for a size exchange within 7 to 14 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed, and have all original tags and the invoice intact.

Custom & Formal Wear: All custom-made articles cannot be exchanged or returned.

Sale Items: Products purchased on sale, clearance, or promotion cannot be exchanged.

Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs (except for defective items). Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Processing: Approved exchanges will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
